Circle of Control
An essential life practice based on the Stoic concept of discerning the things you can change from the things that you can’t.
How I usually do it is the following:
1. Draw a Venn diagram consisting three concentric circles.
2. In the inner circle, list down the things you can control.
3. In the middle circle, list down the things you can influence.
4. In the outer circle, list down the things you cannot control.
