SoFA Academy Level 1

I started this programme early 2022 and must say that this programme served as a gateway into a rabbit hole of ideas, tools and frameworks on fair governance. Really grateful to have done it and wished I’d come across sociocracy sooner.

It made me appreciate that there are better alternatives than just plain-old top-down, power over, exploitative, corporate governance structures that’s been causing a lot of misery. More on this soon.
